I took my vehicle to the workshop and was very satisfied with the service. From the first moment, the staff was very friendly and professional. They explained to me clearly what the car had, what were the options to repair it and how much everything would cost. Super courteous, expeditious Service. Unbelievable. Other auto shops make us wait for 1-2 hrs for oil change. Here they did in minutes. I been twice for oil change with coupon and I should say, much better service than any other auto shop. I absolutely recommend this to anyone. Now I am their lifetime customer.
Very informative and trust worthy staff, help customers (people who have less car repair experience /knowledge such as myself) understand what needs to be completed, why, and in what time frame. If there are questions or changes, they call you right away to update you in real time as they are active on the work order before proceeding further.
