I have had a nightmare of a time with the truck sold to me from NAP. I purchased the truck in June, being sold to my 8 months pregnant wife and I as a "solid truck for my family." September 25th at 10:30 am PST I called the Sandy location number listed on the websites and google. It was a catch-all number that asked me which location I wanted. I told them Sandy and was put on hold for a while, then the operator came back on and apologized and said, "We are working on it for you." A while longer a Sandy location operator answered and asked who I wanted to speak with.
