Bought a toy hauler. Used. Was sitting on a dry lot with no water hook up to check it for leaks. I am a full time Rv'er and made it very clear i needed a unit that everything worked . I turned it down. Jim Goetz called me back a week later. I told him everything would have to work or I wasn't interested because I will be living in it. He guaranteed me it did.
