I’ve been going here for nearly 20 years for oil changes. The past few times I’ve noticed my oil light coming on in my car very soon in between changes. At first we thought maybe the car was burning oil but this last time it started coming only a month after it was changed. We had the car inspected and checked over and found that it is not burning oil AND that I was 4 quarts low (my car only holds 5). Clearly we have been getting shorted on our oils changes!
My daughter had her oil changed here 2 weeks ago. It says that they checked her coolant (along with other fluids). The next day she was out driving and her car started smoking. When inspecting under the hood, there was no coolant in the reservoir. Thought maybe a leak, but we filled it and 2 weeks later, the coolant is still there...no leak. Also, the car was not vacuumed as indicated.
