Wow!! I am very disappointed with this company. My fridge busted a $18 hose and the repair man was at my house for under 10 min...they charged me $145 in labor!!! When I called for an explanation they let me know that all labor charges were $145 regardless of what they do!! If you choose to use this company just know that you are in for $145 bill if he even tightens just one screw.
I've wasted my entire day waiting for a repairman to show up. Now, the office won't even answer the phone to let me know what's going on. There is a minimum expectation level of professionalism. This falls far below that. The pre-booked appointment was for between 11 and 2. At 2 I called and was told the guy was running late, that it would be between 4 and 5, but closer to 4.
