THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I sent my documents 8 months ago and paid inmediately as they requested. After that, nobody answers, I have sent several emails and called their contact numbers but nobody responds. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND I NEVER GET MY APOSTILLE DOCUMENTS BACK!!!
Never received my apostilled document. I have been scammed $230. Horrible service. Never responded to any of my emails, inquiries, and calls. Their customer support phone number doesn't even work.
This company, if it even is a company, is a scam. They were helpful at first regarding the process for my birth certificate apostille, but once they received my order form and birth certificate, and my credit card was charged, I have heard nothing from them despite multiple emails and phone messages over about 2 months. I have not received my apostille. Do not work with them! I regret that I did not check BBB and google reviews first.
Used this company 2 years prior but it has become a SCAM. Avoid at all costs, I never received my documents. They stopped responding to me, they don't answer any phone calls (I tried every day for weeks), and they used to have a LiveChat feature that is now turned off and they don't answer it. They no longer provide status updates (because they don't respond to anything) so I was left months waiting. Wasted time, wasted money, wasted stress. Beware this company is a scam! Took my payment and original neutralization document and have since disappeared. I have tried to contact them since August (now October) numerous times via phone, email, online chat and no one not once has responded or answered the calls. Getting ready to file a lawsuit. Please save yourself the trouble.
