We purchased a new unit 4 months ago and received a damaged air handler. We refused it with the carrier and immediately reached out to NAW. This was 3 months ago and no one will call us back. We have left several messages and sent numerous emails and texts and no one will get back to us. This unit was paid in full so this company is basically stealing from us now. We are a property management company who has purchased a number of units from National Air, here recently we had a compressor failure with high efficiency Rheem 5 Ton heat pump. National was notified and some documents was emailed to us showing that an attempt was made to the manufacturer. Matt was super helpful. He was able to cross reference our Maytag heat unit p/n to the Frigidaire he had in stock. Perfect fit and I did it myself in 30 minutes. They shipped out immediately and it delivered the next day on Saturday! Free delivery.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After 2 weeks and many promises my order for an in stock part hadn’t shipped, so I cancelled. After a week they have not refunded my payment, for no explainable reason. I requested a call from a manger several times which never happened, so the return of my advance payment is in doubt. There’s no reason to order from The National Air Warehouse!
Ordered a unit over a month ago and they indicated it would be shipped within five business days. They have not shipped it and then I could not get ahold of anyone through phone call or email. Waiting to receive a refund but no one returns phone calls or emails. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
