By far the worst experience in communication. Nicest way to put it. Took a month to get my unit (not the biggest deal). Got charged for brand new and unit was damaged at the base. Going on 3 months and still havent received partial reimbursement. They said 30 days and we are close to 60. Called countless times and all I get is crickets.
They not open 24/7
Dealt with Mathew, who walked me thru picking the right circuit board. I live on east coast of Fl. No one had replacement. This board arrived quickly. Thanks again.

This place does bad business...do not order from site. Ive ordered a GOODMAN Defrost Control Board PCBDM133S back in February, they sent me a defective part, I have called them and sent it back to get a replacement or refund..they have not sent me my new parts or refund...I even emailed them and no response back but 1 time ....this company is a scam Do not order
