I stayed at the National 9 Inn at Lake Tahoe on March 19th 2016. I booked online, and was promised a breakfast which is one of the main reasons we booked here. When we arrived, the receptionist was very rude, and the office wreaked of Ramen noodles. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no breakfast. Highly disappointed, would NOT recommend.
I only delivered food here but there was garbage spilling out of one of the rooms that I'm guessing someone got kicked out of which made it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. The cars were parked on huge slabs of ice because no and plowed the parking lot. They absolutely did not shovel the staircase. I asked the person who I delivered food to if it was always like that and they said yes. The place is so skeezy.
