Used National 1 Source a couple times, both times were easy and straightforward. Responsive when you call. Would recommend.
Simply subpar...lacking the standard customer service skills for a successful transaction. I work with title companies day in and out and a simple request seems burdensome to these folks.

This title company took over 24 hours to even send docuemnts out. No copies to the lender. Sent the documents to the lender when they were instructed to send directly to the servicer. 4 days after closing still not recorded. I would not recommend this title company at all. I found the closer less than helpful. I normally tell my borrowers to use the same title company when refinancing or selling a property. I will not tell them to use this title company again.
