Avoid this dealership at all costs, they sold me a car with a bad motor and I had to spend thousands of dollars to get it repaired. To add to that, I didn't receive my plates as promised so I had to go to the DMV to get new ones. I attempted to call the dealer to handle the plate situation and I would always get told that they would call back but never do. These people are useless and a bunch of liars. I hope karma comes soon for you guys.
OMG! I worked with Sam & hunnttiiiiieee!!!! He understood the assignment!!!! I made it clear I want to test drive & be in & out, I sent him all documentation needed when I did the online application the day before & when I arrived the following day he already had paperwork & car ready for me to test drive, pay & go. In all honesty, I appreciate the legitimacy of this dealership with the paperwork and proven status of the vehicle. However I do not appreciate the hook I was left on regarding the vehicles registration. Was confidently told that my plates would arrive the following weekend of me purchasing the vehicle and then shipped to my house (1hr drive from dealership.) I had to purchase a replacement vehicle for my old car that got totalled; a 2017 Chevy Cruze. I was looking for the same car with similar mileage under 100,000 miles. Thankfully I found a 2018 model here. Sam, the sales rep, is a straight shooter. There was no nonsense or sales tactics. I was able to purchase the car with no hassle. There were some minor issues with the car that Sam was able to resolve in a timely manner. I appreciate the customer service.
