In all honesty, I appreciate the legitimacy of this dealership with the paperwork and proven status of the vehicle. However I do not appreciate the hook I was left on regarding the vehicles registration. Was confidently told that my plates would arrive the following weekend of me purchasing the vehicle and then shipped to my house (1hr drive from dealership.) I had to purchase a replacement vehicle for my old car that got totalled; a 2017 Chevy Cruze. I was looking for the same car with similar mileage under 100,000 miles. Thankfully I found a 2018 model here. Sam, the sales rep, is a straight shooter. There was no nonsense or sales tactics. I was able to purchase the car with no hassle. There were some minor issues with the car that Sam was able to resolve in a timely manner. I appreciate the customer service.
