Dr. Nation listens very patiently to all of the issues the patient presents and looks at the overall picture to determine everything that is going on. She's cautious in giving medication. I watched her with my sister and myself, and found her to be the most attentive, careful doctor I've ever had. Her staff helps to get attention quickly.
Dr. Nation can be a bit rude, she makes unnecessary assumptions instead of asking, and her responses are at times unprofessional which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone involved.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nation's for over 6 years now and unfortunately, there has been a decline in her service when it comes to her care for me as a patient. Dr. Nation is no longer empathetic but more "lecturing" when it comes to my healthcare and does not listen to me as a patient. A D.O. is supposed to take more of a Holistic Approach, however on several occasions, medications have been then 1st option taken when it came to my healthcare without looking into other options.
