Empezaré por decir que mi evento no es hasta el próximo año en abril, pero la comunicación con Nelly ha sido tan excepcional que Tengo que hacer esta reseña. Ella nos ha llamado y escrito hasta que encontramos los arreglos, las flores y el precio perfecto para la boda de mi hija y ese interés y empatía de su parte merece las 5 estrellas. Si estás buscando arreglos florales en Miami te recomiendo la llames, estoy ansiosa por ese día!

My experience with Natinel Flowers was brief and disappointing. I contacted them via phone as they were recommended by my wedding venue. When I inquired about receiving a quote and provided my budget of $1,300, I was met with laughter and told that this amount wouldn't even cover the bridal bouquet. Despite this, I expressed my continued interest in knowing what they could offer within my budget. I hired Natinel Flowers, or Nellie, for my wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to her lack of communication, professionalism, and cost transparency. Firstly, Nellie was not very communicative. I often went days without hearing from her after asking questions, and when she did respond, her replies were short and dry.
