Dr. Whitebone and his staff provide excellent care and treatment to pets and great customer service to owners. I order the best cat food from them. I'd been taking my older cat to him for years at a previous location, and my sister and her many dogs have been his clients for even longer. Brought Guinness and Seamus in for their annual appointment. Dr Whitebone and the staff were wonderful! Not afraid to take the time to talk with you and answer all your questions.
Love this office-super clean, bright and inviting! The staff is amazing and so loving! My rescue was nervous about walking on new surfaces and the vet tech got right on the floor with him to coax him forward. � Dr. Whitebone was attentive and thorough. The staff explains everything-gives prices ahead of time and has a no-pressure policy towards tests, medications, vaccines, etc. Very reasonable pricing (so much cheaper than the our previous vet office.) Great practice! �
The staff is very friendly and made me and my cat feel comfortable! I highly recommend Naticook veterinary hospital!
