I had “at home” physical therapy ordered after a total knee replacement. My therapist was Jenna. The care that she provided was thorough, informed, and compassionate. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. Jenna stood out because of her willingness to listen and collaborate. She supported my goals and helped me to modify them to fit with my limited physical ability. I made good progress and am completely satisfied with this phase of my recovery due to her excellent care.
Jen visited me just days postpartum. I’m so grateful I said yes to this VNA program before discharge at the hospital — if it weren’t for her care, the questions she asked, and her follow up with my doctor, no one would have flagged my preeclampsia symptoms. Besides this her visit was lovely and reassuring— a real lifeline in a big transitional moment with a newborn.
