Came here for the State Inspection sticker and it was fast! Totally recommended.

I agree with Jessica's review. The service was good but the guy at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and selectively understands English. They have a sign saying cash "preferred" for state inspections but use stream-of-consciousness made-up facts to say that's all they take. They took debit cards after some arguing, but apparently refuse to take credit cards. They have tons of stickers in the window saying they take about every card but don't honor it.
