It’s DISGUSTING that you have an air soft shooting range in a place that is for families. I grew up with the Natick Mall and worked there throughout college. I have also worked as a K-12 school administrator in neighboring communities and it is an insult you would allow this. This place NEEDS TO GO.
How can you justify having a storefront with glorified gun violence? How shocking to walk past Game Stop headed up to the food court to be confronted with larger than life images of people dressed in camouflage pointing riffles with signs that say “shooting range” and “never give up” who is this messaging for? Never give up on what? RecommendedGreat mall and stores. Will be interesting to see who remains open after the holidays. Mall is very clean. only complaint is the "premium parking" is $6 plus a .35 cent "Convenience fee" to pay online via smartphone. Now I realize 35 cents is a minimal amount, but since it is the ONLY payment option, you can't pay a machine or person so the mall should absorb this stupid fee as a cost of doing business with their $6 parking. A 35 cent fee on top of the $6? really!? That's totally nickel and diming patrons.

kudos to the mall for keeping everyone safe. yes a lot of people but everyone wearing masks and staying safe.......🌲
Don't bother going to the cheese cake factory this restaurant hates minority and treat us like bad. We waited for 2 hr and never got service and the manager was so rude an told us to leave the restaurant because we spoke our mind. Unless your white not bother going there because they will treat you with no respect and my wife is dark skin.

One of the few great malls left. It’s about a 40 minute drive from my house but so worth it. All the employees I’ve interacted with were extremely nice and helpful. It’s always very neat and clean.
Mall is alive and kicking! Great selection of stores.
Biggest pro: Great variety of stores: regular brands in one part, high-end in the other (along with higher-end food options). Cons: 1. Parking is inescapably difficult. Lower your expectations and just wait in one long lane. Inevitably, someone will come. 2. Please find a way to dynamically update both the store listing/map and the website. I spent 10 minutes trying to find Charming Charlie's, only to eventually learn that they closed the Natick Mall store. Also, need more of these listings/maps, please.
