I have lived at Natick Green for 17 years. It is well maintained, well managed and quiet. Good neighbors and a pleasant neighborhood.

Very noisy, no insulation from foot steps, slamming doors, music, etc. Even worse are cooking odors from neighbors, there is no way from stopping very pungent curry or other odors. The front office does not enforce any rules and the maintenance crew will blow leaves and dirt all over your car several times in the fall. The only plus is location.
The homes are great also there is a playground
