The best shop in the area by far. The staff is super knowledgeable in all aspects from selection to installation and service. A+
These guys are the BEST!!! Our Big Green Egg was accidentally broken by some workmen and Craig was great about helping us fix and replace the parts as inexpensively as possible. (He also gave me some great recipes!) I'm recommending Natick Fireplace to everyone I know.

AVOID!!! One of the worst experiences I've had! Wouldn't recommend unless you want to work with a Company that does not care much about your satisfaction. All they want is to make the sale and take your money. They avoid calls and point blank don't care what happens at install. Nothing but problems with this company....try to avoid!
Natick Fireplace is a nice place for stoves & more – The people at Natick Fireplace are easy to work with, they have good pricing and a very big selection. I'm very pleased.
Best selection in area – My contractor had me visit several showrooms and this was the nicest. The sales staff was attentive but not pushy. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the right model within my budget. The installation went as planned. I love my new gas fireplace!
Best service and showroom in area – I went to many fireplace shops and Natick Fireplace was the only shop where the staff helped me choose a gas fireplace instead of just pointing at them and telling me to "pick one". They also had the most on display. The prices were competitive and the installers were very prompt and professional.
Extremely poor customer service and they stole parts – They installed a fireplace for one of our clients and we discovered that they made an installaiton mistake. We asked them to come fix it and they arrived, demanded $ 300 to fix their problem and when our staff was calling to office to resolve, they disconnected and stole the ognition and left. Client will be filing charges. Our firm will never do business with such an outfit again and we are shamed to have had them on one of our sites

We installed a gas fireplace in Jan to spec. Paul Sullivan Co built wall around the unit wrong. Hired us to come back out 9 mo. later to re-install for $300.00. Unit had been moved, logs in wrong, etc. After fixing what they had near destroyed we're told we wouldn't be paid. Unit working perfectly when we left. We showed operation to contractor and homeowner. We've also written a letter to the homeowner to give him the facts as we are certain he is being misled by contractor. Very dishonest!
I went to several shops, this is the nicest shop with the most on display and the only staff that answered all my questions. I had them install it and they were great, they even did extra work and didnt charge me for it. They also have service after the sale (I was surprised to find that most shops don't!)Very happy with the entire process!
