When you find a good shop & mechanics for your car — well it’s a great feeling. Ralph and his team are straightforward, fair, and high quality. More than once we’ve been told by other shops (and dealers) that “something was wrong…” and Ralph and team found NO PROBLEM. On top of it they have a loaner car! Thank you!
My family has been going to Natick Auto for years. I find time and time again that Ralph and his team do great work at very reasonable prices. Not only that, Ralph will steer you away from work if he doesn't think it is necessary. Just today he told me to hold off on getting a part replacement the dealership told me was "critical" because they overinflated the severity of the issue. Natick Auto is a repair shop that you can fully trust - we are customers for life.
Such an amazing independent small auto shop! I brought in my car with a clunking noise in the rear the driver side wheel. They took in my car and really took their time to diagnose the noise and the problem. After replacing a part they called me and explained in great detail what needed to be done and asked if there was anything else in the history of the car that might/could make this noise.
