We live maybe 100 yards from Natick Appliance and are having the same problem as Joseph B. above. We were not made aware of any $85 service fee until after the repairman came to our house and told us there was something stuck in the lint trap (which we already knew and was the reason for our call). The repairman did not remove the item from the lint trap, we removed it ourselves and the repairman was at our house for less than 5 minutes. We live in Wellesley and my wife called Natick Appliance to come look at our washer. A technician arrives and tells us that it will cost $450 to fix. The machine was over 10 year old and certainly not worth repairing at that rate. I thanked the repairman for his estimate. Then, he writes me up a bill for $85 for coming all the way out to Wellesley to look at my washing machine. friendly service, good selection – Natick Appliance has been my choice of stores whenever I have needed an appliance. The selection of appliances is good with varying price points. The sales people are knowledgable and are not pushy. Natick Appliance is more like a neighborhood store and not a mega superchain. I have always had a good experience and would highly recommend.
