By far the best property management company I’ve dealt with. Nathan and his staff are truly the most responsive and attentive property management team I’ve encountered, going above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy. Whenever I’ve had an issue (like the time my garbage disposal stopped working), I received a call back within 30 minutes and a new garbage disposal immediately. Nathan Park is a scammer! He's just sitting there collecting application fees without the intention of renting. He's unresponsive. I called 5 times and texted 8 with no response. He told me on Tuesday we had the place and he finally got back to me on Friday. He said I wasn't approved because I rounded up by a few dollars on my income. He lied and said he was waiting for the owner of the property to get back to him. He had the apartment relisted the day he said I was first approved. He showed up to the open house wearing shor... read more
