We had multiple visits by Nathan’s in July-Aug to try and diagnose an AC issue. They did a new home inspection (very thorough) for me. That was good. Then they attempted to fix twice. That was not so good. Finally called someone else who immediately diagnosed and fixed the condenser fan motor.
On time, professional, and reasonably priced. I only had a clean and check, but was very happy with the service.
The technician was very professional, explained everything in detail without using jargon, and he cleaned up when he was finished with the work.
Techs came out and solved my problem for roughly $3400 less than Blantons quoted me. Techs are smart and respectful, and now I cant imagine calling anywhere else for help. Hopefully I dont have to, but if i do I know where to call.
