1 star If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was the WORST medical experience of my life. I came in to have ONE keloid removed. Just one. Not two. Not three. ONE. But apparently, Dr. Rude McScalpel doesn’t believe in patient consent because he decided to cut off TWO — without telling me, asking me, or even acknowledging it afterwards. This doctor should have his license revoked ASAP and went there on 2/4/2025 for a skin condition. I was supposed to receive 3 medications, only received 2, and I'm still waiting on the 3rd . And in the end, they don't help my condition anyway. I would give him zero stars if allowed to, a word of advice. Don't go to this doctor if you value your insanity. It is impossible to get someone to answer the phone to get an appointment. Have attempted several times.
Traumatizing experience with mole removals, he didn’t wait for the numbing to kick in before removing. When I asked if there was anything we could do about my acne scars and pimples he said “medi-cal” doesn’t cover laser treatment when literally any cream suggestion would’ve helped. Anyways, save your time and just get your referral directed with another derm who cares.
Save your time, money and life if you have a serious skin condition. This derm doesn't know how to treat patients with urgent skincare needs. He will perform biopsies and run tests just to make money and not have a diagnosis or clue what is the medical care or treatment you need. Please do your research before going to just any Dr.
