Something went very wrong in that OR and we will never know you don’t open someone up 3 times you fix it right the first time . A very young man died that should have never happened and everyone that loved him agrees . I could say a lot more but it won’t bring him home just hope the doctor learned from this mistake and doesn’t make it again . Broken hearts !!!!
