I was seen this Tuesday in IBJI’s Avondale OrthoAccess Immediate Care for a new injury to my shoulder that was surgically repaired in 2020 at a CA facility. Had to wait for a routine x-ray before being seen by a provider. It was quite busy and the X-ray wait was approx an hour - the ancillary staff kept apologizing and thanking us all for our patience - they were down a tech that day, but the one who was there was a rockstar!
