I can’t get the office to refill my ulcerative colitis prescription even after I’ve had my last colonoscopy. I’m not even due for another one for two years. I’m completely out of my prescription with no call backs. Called numerous times. Have been trying to reschedule an appointment they cancelled Sept 2 nd because they could not get a cathater, still trying to reschedule 11/15
Was refered by another Doctor and when I was scheduled the appointment and received the paperwork it showed I was not even set up with the doctor but an assistant of the doctor. Then once I got in here I was told to be early I got there 15 minutes early and I wasn't seeing until after my appointment time I was told I need to have a test so I had to wait for the scheduling lady and was sent to another room. sen into another room waiting for th scheduling for a while. The nicest staff ever! I highly recommend. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I won't go anywhere else!!!
Doc, I just want to take the time to thank you.....you knew I was afraid to be there. I feel as though you understood how hard it is for people like me to be in situations like that. You and your tech/staff were good to me despite me being afraid. I know when im afraid I'm not easy to deal with but you and the tech took the time to try to calm me and get the tests done that y'all needed to do....and I can't thank you enough.
