I used this plumber for a broken toilet flange. I had the toilet pulled up already and started the flange extraction but it became more than I was comfortable handling.. called him on a sunday and he quoted me $250 to repair. He came out on Monday, so his promptness was exemplary, however after about a half hour working he told me he was charging me $500. I would have obviously shopped the job had he quoted me correctly.
