I'm currently inpatient, and Dr. Haith and all the nurses here have me wishing we had this kind of care in Delaware, that I may just switch and make the drive from lower Kent County, DE to here if there is an option for a Primary Care Physician. I don't care if it is out of network .I have never been so impressed with the patience and care the nurses have here. I couldn't even manage to schedule an appointment the woman was so rude to me on the phone, I didn't even get to tell her what my issue was before she cut me off and told me "you need to schedule an appointment!" Nnooo I'm just calling you to chat!! Of course I need to schedule an appointment, but not while someone with bedside manner of a porcupine! Thankfully I got a recommendation to a decent burn center at Johns Hopkins that didn't treat me like absolute garbage, I would recommend Johns Hopkins over crozer any day I woul... read more

Great staff from the front desk to the PA's and Nurses. Easy to schedule appointments and fast response times for any of my concerns. I was given detailed and clear information of how to treat my burns as well as future advice on what to do moving forward. The Nathan Speare Burn Center was exceptional and I appreciate the care and patience they showed during my recovery. Thank you all.
