At our first meeting to look at houses in Sacramento Nathan was knowledgeable kind, genuine, and easy to communicate with. What I appreciated most about Nathan was his patience. He was a really good listener and did not push us one way or another. He was extremely responsive –always available for a call, text or in person and provided names of vendors we needed, before and after the sale. When the close of escrow got dicey he remained calm and found solutions. Highly recommended!
