I will start this to say that Dr. Jeppesen and the office itself are great! I am truly sad to give a low rating, but after today I likely won't be back and will be establishing care elsewhere. I have been coming here for gosh, at least a decade, maybe longer along with my son. I have also had 3-4 pairs of custom orthotics made by this office over the years. Never ever had an issue, bills are always paid, no problems with insurance. I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule to get in for a new pair of orthotics. I go in toda... read more
