I will start this to say that Dr. Jeppesen and the office itself are great! I am truly sad to give a low rating, but after today I likely won't be back and will be establishing care elsewhere. I have been coming here for gosh, at least a decade, maybe longer along with my son. I have also had 3-4 pairs of custom orthotics made by this office over the years. Never ever had an issue, bills are always paid, no problems with insurance. I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule to get in for a new pair of orthotics. I go in toda... read more

I have been seeing Dr.Jeppesen for over 8 years now and have had multiple surgeries done for multiple reasons and have seen him for multiple problems over these 8 years and have had nothing but exceptional care! I refuse to be seen by anyone but him at this point and trust him 100% with any problems that I have! I refer him to everyone that ever needs any podiatrist needs!! 10/10 across the board care in every way!!

Hello, my name is Chad Lipps, I recently had an infection in my bone in my left foot! Dr.Jeppesen was very informative and seen me in the hospital, we discussed the procedure, he was very clear and performed the first surgery 2 day's later, and the 2nd surgery was 2 days later to amputate my left pinky toe, and removed about 1-1/2" off the side of my left foot below my pinky toe. I am disappointed with the results of my surgery. I had my surgery in Feb 2022 and have had multiple follow up visits through the beginning of 2023. I have had more problems resulting from my bunion surgery and another surgery he did on the side of my foot. I have had a nerve pain on the side of my foot since the surgery and it’s wasn’t there previously. I explained the problems I was having and he tried a couple of things that didn’t fix it.
