Even though Nathan knew I was the buyers designated agent on a certain property and had put in 2 offers for the buyer he still allowed the buyer to be represented directly by an attorney to close the deal bypassing me so that the buyer does not have to pay me commission as a buyers real estate agent for that property. In short as a real estate agent working on this deal I got 0 commission
