Very patient with me has fixed both hands a left elbow twice and now a right shoulder I don’t have any complaints. He’s done everything wonderful.
Dr. Rencher did a total reverse shoulder replacement on me in March 2025. My surgery and recovery went wonderful! I have more use if my arm than I have had in 15 years and my pain is gone. He and his team are great to work with.

Dr Rencher is always very pleasant and super knowledgeable. I also love that he is always on time, and he always listens to me ! Shawn his assistant is awesome, he always remembers me and always makes time for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
