The staff and Dr. Rencher very friendly and efficient. And he took care of my Added Issue that came up.
I felt like Dr Rencher was in a hurry. He was indifferent. He scrolled through my MRI and x-rays so quickly that there was no way I could see what was going on. He did not have any answers for me as to why I have pain. A couple of times he told me that I could just live with it. I told him that I would try physical therapy, so he wrote a prescription for it. Then he wanted me to make an appointment to come back in 6 weeks. Why? So he could tell me to live with it again? No thanks.
