Dr. Jones will not refill a basic recurring prescription without an appointment (I don't need to see him again! last time he didn't say a word and ran no tests!) and wouldn't write a basic FSA letter for me to use my health care spending. Beware, he will require an appointment for every little thing you need, and will not go the extra mile for patients, so I hope you have the health insurance (and time!) for all of those visits!
Great Dr. Great practice. Dr Jones is high on my list of Drs and I’m 78 so I have a lot of experience. I don’t usually recommend I but I’ll make Dr. jones and his staff an exception..

I highly recommend Dr. Nathan Jones and this facility. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. The receptionist always ANSWERS the phone when I’ve called, none of this new trend of calling a doctor’s office only to get voicemail and a message they’ll call you back. I am a regular patient of Dr Jones. He is low key, explains everything quite well and does excellent work.
Saw Dr Jones a few years back ... expecting the worst possible diagnosis, only to learn that my issues were not bad ones. Planning to see him again soon.
