Your occupational therapy assistant Erica McGregor is rude, extremely unprofessional and borderline verbally abusive.
I just wanted to say how greatful I am for nathan littauer !! I have been to quite a few hospitals and this one is by far the best!! The nurses were exceptional and gave me the best care. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with appendicitis. Had my surgery. Wonderful surgeon btw. Everyone was very kind and attentive towards me and kept me comfortable during my stay! And the food wasn't bad either lol shout out to nurse Holly, Rebecca and nurse barbara!! You guys were amazing. Thank you for everything!
I just yesterday had to utilize this local hospital for their emergency room services and I felt compelled to share my experience. The staff were ready and helpful, professional and thorough in their work and various roles. I was brought to my own cubicle area to be treated in no more than 10 minutes. The lead medical staff I personally was treated by was Dr. Laporte . She was kind and compassionate and offered me several routes of how to proceed and I felt she was very supportive and careful. They will deny you care and medications that you need and then, tell you, their hands are tied! Good thing I’m not a heart patient in need of medication, because, they would deny you the care and medication you need! Then, throw their hands up!!! Tried to set up a payment plan for an outstanding bill and they wouldn’t even let me do that, so the medication I need for osteoporosis, I can’t get
