They will deny you care and medications that you need and then, tell you, their hands are tied! Good thing I’m not a heart patient in need of medication, because, they would deny you the care and medication you need! Then, throw their hands up!!! Tried to set up a payment plan for an outstanding bill and they wouldn’t even let me do that, so the medication I need for osteoporosis, I can’t get. The next bone I break can be at full cost to them! You’re not a cared for patient, just a number, yeah, dollar sign numbers!

First of all, let me say that after my experience in your ER three years ago, I wouldn’t take a dog to your hospital. Decided to go to the Speculator clinic for a blood draw for another doctor and was so pleasantly surprised. The young lady who drew my blood, unlike the slugs you employ at your hospital lab, did not have any nose rings or other hardware hanging out of her face. Laura at the front desk in the lobby is the most amazing person! She's so friendly, caring and kind :) she's a major asset to the hospital team! I'm in and out a lot, Everyone has always been very nice to me :)

I recently had Total hip replacement with Dr. russel Cecil and my surgery from start to finish was like a well oiled machine. No issues .. very informative and great communication. From start to finish i would rate it a 10 for sure. Thank you all!!!
