did my mothers surgery, cut her bowel and never told her. secretly stitched it up, the stitches didn’t stay because she didn’t know any of this had happened, she went septic. if it was up to me we would sue the entire nathan litt. network. unbelievable.
If i could give zero stars, I would. Took a trip to the ER for a kidney infection on a tuesday morning. Was crying in pain, it was my second time there for this in 2 days. I was brought back to a room and was then ignored for 2 HOURS. I was laying in a bed crying in a fetal position and not a single soul came in to check me in, do vitals, NOTHING. Frankly, this place should be shut down if they just don't give a damn. My 91 year old grandmother was admitted on Friday evening with a bad strain of the flu. She was dehydrated, had a bad cough, was barely eating, and disoriented. Upon her admission, her quality of care was not great. We had minimal contact with her attending, at least one of the nurses was rude and did not appear to be doing anything but had an attitude every time we asked for help. The surgery center,it's staff and associating doctors are wonderful here. Extremely attentive, transparent and professional. Facility is clean and convenient.
