I have been going to Dr. Shpritz since I have been old enough to go to the dentist. Myself, my husband, and both of my children go here also. I will not go anywhere else!
Last Year, I had an emergency root canal done at York Endodontics, and I went to Dr. Shpritz to get my crown done. Dr. Shpritz himself is one of the best dentists in the area, however, he employs staff that have no care in the world. Somehow, in the middle of the fiscal year, they tried telling me that my insurance policy changed, that Shpritz now doesn't work with my insurance (although i got a cleaning there maybe 2 months beforehand) and something that was going to cost $275, now costs $1700. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this dental office and truly cannot recommend them enough. Even though they are a full family practice, our children are currently the ones being seen here, and the care they receive is exceptional. The entire team is warm, patient, and incredibly kind. I was very pleased with my visit at this office. Everyone from the front desk to the Dentist, was wonderful. During my cleaning the Dentist came and introduced himself. They all made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a highly professional office.
