Made an appointment for a 10:00 a.m. cleaning and exam. The day of the appointment I received a text message at 6:50 a.m. asking me to call the clinic. Upon calling the clinic I was informed that my appointment had been given away and that it was my fault for not confirming the appointment. I did confirm the appointment the Monday before and have the call logged in my phone. At 6:50 a.m. the day of the appointment I was offered a spot at 7:30 a.m. but was unable to make that appointment as I have three special needs children... read more
