Nate and his crew were outstanding from start to finish replacing my roof. Nate was extremely professional and very personable. He had the best back and forth communication I’ve ever had. Nate was on time, every time. He thoroughly answered all my questions and explained the fine details perfectly. I hired Nate initially to install new gutters and replace some rotted siding. During his first visit, I mentioned I was wanting an old arch window removed and replaced with a standard size window. He quickly said he could do that with no issue and would be easier since the siding around that window was some to be replaced anyway. This involved some framework and interior drywall patching. Nate and his team were fantastic, we had to replace our roof and they came across some unexpected damage and they got it all properly fixed and replaced. Throughout it all Nate was very up front, honest and worked with us as much as he could to keep it within a reasonable budget. He also suggested a great masonry guy that came out and replaced our deteriorating chimney. I would highly recommend Nathan James Construction, it was a seamless and trustworthy experience from start to finish.
