Dr. Marshall took the time to answer all my questions and health concerns. Even though we was running behind schedule, he wasn't trying to get on to the next patient. He listened an offered suggestions and answers. He would keep asking is there anything else?
We are new to the office, had physicals with Dr. Marshall, no complaints with the exam. The office staff is cold, definitely just doing their jobs, which is univiting but fine. Only several weeks later I found out the form they were supposed to fax to my insurance never made it. After 20 minutes worth of phone tag, found out they lost it. Now I have to make another trip to drop it off and pick it up. Not a single apology. Wonder what else they may lose, misplace or forget to do.
