Dr. Heineman was great. He reviewed my xrays and found something that was missed in the past to explain my hand pain. We talked through options and I feel like we have a solid treatment plan moving forward. He has given me hope that I can live pain free.
Dr Heineman listens to your concerns and offers solutions to problem areas. He is very personable while being professional.
I had a very good experience with Dr Heineman doing my hand surgery. The receptionist checking me in was very friendly as well as the medical assistant. Dr. Heineman explained the process as he was performing the surgery and I was walking out of the office about an hour later. Everything ran very efficiently.
