Millcreek foot and ankle- the place is easy to spot, the reception staff are very supportive and helpful. I am a new patient. Dr.Hall is an amazing and a very experienced doctor, he listened to my issues patiently, diagnosed my leg and understood my pain level. He then gave me the treatment plan. Instead of rushing, he explained me slowly and clearly in a step-by-step process to treat my issue. Very Poor Service and Rude Front Desk and Billing Department from onset. They will not do diagnose properly rather looking for opportunities to charge patients without their awareness. Barely proper diagnose done and try to keep on scheduling follow ups so that they can bill insurance. There are other podiatrist in the area which are far better than this office.
Great experience. None better. The assistant is very knowledgeable, experienced, and so very good at what she does. She made me feel so heard. Dr. Hall is also knowledgeable, experienced, and good at what he does. With good bedside manner, He cared to take the time to properly diagnose and prescribe treatment to help me heal even though it's an L&I injury claim. Another doctor had failed me, greatly. The office is clean stylish and relaxing and my visit was a lovely experience overall.
After an awful experience elsewhere, I came to this clinic for a second opinion. From the beginning, it was a night and day difference. When I called, I was in tears because of the frustration from the previous doctor and the fact that I had had to put my cat down the day before.
