Great experience. None better. The assistant is very knowledgeable, experienced, and so very good at what she does. She made me feel so heard. Dr. Hall is also knowledgeable, experienced, and good at what he does. With good bedside manner, He cared to take the time to properly diagnose and prescribe treatment to help me heal even though it's an L&I injury claim. Another doctor had failed me, greatly. The office is clean stylish and relaxing and my visit was a lovely experience overall.

Dr. Hall and his team in Mill Creek are truly outstanding. I’ve had to undergo a few surgeries on my foot, and from start to finish the care has been exceptional. I saw Dr. Hall today for an ingrown hangnail that has been a twenty year problem. First, I want to thank the lovely woman who found a Wednesday appointment for me when I called on Monday (two days prior). I wanted to get in before the end of the year and I knew my insurance with Optum was an issue for the new year. Dr. Hall is AMAZING! I’m new to this practice, but I have minor problems that need to be addressed. I found the staff welcoming and friendly. I last saw Dr. Danks who listened carefully and understood my primary issue and the restrictions I had in using over the counter corrective devices to relieve pain. She suggested another method that is both minimally invasive and effective. I’m pleased with the results of my visit, and I look forward to a longer relationship with the doctors and staff.

I was so impressed with this office and their staff. Dr. Danks was so knowledgeable, kind provided excellent care. Dr. Hall was also a bonus when he popped in to consult, he was so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed by either provider. Kristen the medical assistant was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning of my appointment to the end.
