Dr Hall and his staff are very professional, kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I both received made to fit Orthodics. The reason for getting them and the explanation for the wear in process were all explained with great care. We are so fortunate to have Dr Hall providing our foot care. My first time visiting Dr Hall was in 1998 after a major ankle sprain. He recommended an ankle stabilization surgery. I am so happy I agreed to it! My surgery was a great success! He has also treated many broken toes, and Ganglion cysts. Dr hall has successfully treated my whole families feet, my husband's, parents and my son. I highly recommend Dr Hall.
Dr. Hall took time to explain what the issues were with my feet. I did not feel rushed; I felt he was listening to me. His office staff is very nice! I also saw the foot nurse, Leigh Hall, who is very personable and gave me some ideas for products that would help my calluses and cracked heels. All in all, a really positive experience and I will be back.
Excellent first visit with Dr. Hall and his excellent staff at Mill Creek Foot & Ankle Clinic. Staff was friendly, efficient and Dr. Hall seemed to genuinely care about make his diagnosis and treatment plan for my injury. Facilities were clean and tidy and I felt the treatment plan made sense.
This month AARP did a 5 page coverage on Where have all the doctors gone. Turning healthcare into McDonalds has not gone well. This is a private clinic, not part of a hedge fund, or medical investment group, where this doctor can take care of the patient as needed. I have gone here for years and drive from Mukilteo, even if there is a clinic near my house. Feet are something that have to work or you are not leaving your house.
