I was so impressed with this office and their staff. Dr. Danks was so knowledgeable, kind provided excellent care. Dr. Hall was also a bonus when he popped in to consult, he was so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed by either provider. Kristen the medical assistant was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning of my appointment to the end.
The BEST doctor for your feet concerns. Knowledgeable, great personality, and impressive bedside manners. Couldn't have picked a better place. I know I am in good hands for my needs. Sadly, an incompetent doctor messed up my toe nail previously, but it's nothing that Dr. Hall can't correct. I am overall impressed, and would highly recommend him.
Dr. Hall not only knowledgeable in podiatry, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell he really knows his stuff and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hall and the team at Mill Creek Foot & Ankle Clinic. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They made time for me on short notice, which allowed me to get a minor procedure done without interrupting my training for an upcoming trail race. Their flexibility and attentiveness really stood out. I felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing expert foot care, and I won’t hesitate to return if any other issues come up.
Having just relocated to the Mill Creek area from the Olympia area, I was in need of a podiatrist, and Dr. Hall accepted me as a patient. Scheduling was within a reasonable timeframe. All staff I met were cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Hall is pleasant and easy to talk to. His exam of my feet was thorough, and as he worked he gave his opinion on a variety of issues relating to my feet and on questions I asked him about future treatment and appropriate footwear.
