Millcreek foot and ankle- the place is easy to spot, the reception staff are very supportive and helpful. I am a new patient. Dr.Hall is an amazing and a very experienced doctor, he listened to my issues patiently, diagnosed my leg and understood my pain level. He then gave me the treatment plan. Very Poor Service and Rude Front Desk and Billing Department from onset. They will not do diagnose properly rather looking for opportunities to charge patients without their awareness. Barely proper diagnose done and try to keep on scheduling follow ups so that they can bill insurance. There are other podiatrist in the area which are far better than this office.

Great experience. None better. The assistant is very knowledgeable, experienced, and so very good at what she does. She made me feel so heard. Dr. Hall is also knowledgeable, experienced, and good at what he does. With good bedside manner, He cared to take the time to properly diagnose and prescribe treatment to help me heal even though it's an L&I injury claim. Another doctor had failed me, greatly. The office is clean stylish and relaxing and my visit was a lovely experience overall.

Love the clinic for any foot related issues. Great doctor with lots of useful knowledge and plans for treatment. Clean, comfortable office. My only part that ai didn’t like which may be common nowadays, is that once they give you a treatment plan- they request that you call your insurance to verify coverage for the upcoming treatment. I thought it was standard that doctor offices called to verify insurance- but nope. They expect you to do that part. Dr. Hall and his team were wonderful. The doctor was able to do the procedure I needed the same day I saw him, which was a big relief. I highly recommend the Mill Creek Foot & Ankle Clinic.
