I saw Dr. Hall today for an ingrown hangnail that has been a twenty year problem. First, I want to thank the lovely woman who found a Wednesday appointment for me when I called on Monday (two days prior). I wanted to get in before the end of the year and I knew my insurance with Optum was an issue for the new year. Dr. Hall is AMAZING! My kids and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Hall and his nurse were so pleasant, knowledgeable and FUN! They were so real and down to earth that it demonstrated that they truly love what they do. My daughter has a follow up appointment during the school day and my son is bummed that he’s going to miss it! He’s not even the patient! My daughter has a full understanding of what she needs to do to help her problem (Severs condition) thanks to the explanations given by Dr. Hall and his nurse.
I was so impressed with this office and their staff. Dr. Danks was so knowledgeable, kind provided excellent care. Dr. Hall was also a bonus when he popped in to consult, he was so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed by either provider. Kristen the medical assistant was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning of my appointment to the end.
I am always warmly welcomed and all my treatments have truly taken good care of any foot issues I have been treated for. Dr. Hall’s surgery on my foot not only fixed my problem, but also left my foot looking normal. His staff are friendly and kind, so I am so thankful that I am a patient of Dr. Hall.
I was looking for a podiatrist and I chose them and I am 100 percent happy with my decision. The are friendly, efficient, and provided great clinical care. I am now their patient.
