We just bought our first home with Nathan. The process was so smooth and Nathan really catered to our needs. We looked at 40+ homes trying to find the right fit for us, and eventually we found it. Nathan was very accommodating and never hesitated to take us all over the place to look at homes since we weren't sure where we were going to settle. The Team made the transaction so smooth and stress-free that we were even able to close early! I cannot recommend them enough!
I listed my home with the group and it all sounded great. Just weeks into it we had beautiful photos, beautiful video but yet when there was feedback we were left lifeless. As the time progressed we were less and less a value to this team. Our house was peanuts, compared to other homes. I was highly disappointed, I thought it was going to be so much more.
The Nathan Guttman Team helped us buy our home in Easton, PA in 2012, and when it came time to sell it in 2019 they helped us with that too. During both times we dealt with them, they made us feel that we were their top priority. They were excellent both at searching for the best property for us to buy as well as aggressively marketing our property to sell. We sold our home in December.
