Cold hallways blowing cold air. Not enough storage in the apartments. Heat is mediocre. Have to run space heaters to keep warm. Small galley kitchens. Not really a senior highrise anymore. Mental, drug addicts, etc. Good response from local fire departments and ambulance. Carroll Township even used our building for practice. Plenty of deer to enjoy too. We decorate our hallways and patios/balconies.
