I was seen in the ER for an injury that was infected. The ER doctor started me on antibiotics and referred me to wound care where i was seen by Dr Gill. On my first visit, Dr Gill started me on another antibiotic and he referred me to Infectious Disease clinic because the infection was spreading. Within 5 days the wound was healing and infection gone. Infectious Disease doctor said if she had seen me 5 days earlier she would have admitted me.
