Dr. Douglass listened carefully to my problem, asked relative questions, thoroughly explained my options, answered my questions in language I understood, gave me an injection, all while treating me like he cared about me. In short I was extremely impressed by him.
Beautiful new medical building! The check-in person was polite. My wait was not very long. Dr. Douglass is lovely. He knew exactly what my thumb issue was and exactly what was needed to provide relief. He gave me a cortisone shot and said not to expect too much change right away. I was instructed to let him know how it is in 3 weeks. Well, it is less than 24 hours later and my condition has improved tremendously!! So pleased!
