Had my ring cleaned & resized here about 6+ months ago & they did a good job. So when I lost side stone I took it here to repair. I brought it in just days before Christmas & said I understand with holidays it could be 2-3 weeks. Thought I brought my watch here for a simple link repair on a watch I barely worn in the five months since dropping it off to Nathan & Co. Now I have to take my watch to a better Quality repair company because they don’t stand behind the work they do. I paid a higher price here because I went by word of mouth and regret it. Shop around to other companies before you have to use there services.
Hours online said that they were open from 10-4 on Saturdays. The open sign was on but door was locked and said “closed”.
