The visit was a nice change from other medical offices. I didn’t wait a full 2 minutes before being called into a room. The staff was very sweet and full of knowledge. They had also ordered an X-ray prior to the doctor coming into the room. Once done, Dr. Patrick came in and was able to literally draw a picture to explain in detail what was happening and how to resolve my issue. We had a really positive experience at this appointment. While we waited to be seen, the front desk staff came over to us with a basket of snacks to choose from. Dr. Patrick was thorough and took time to explain everything that was going on with my daughters broken arm. He was great and all the staff was super friendly.
Great experience and an excellent doctor. I recommend.
