The entire staff at Marshall Urology is top notch. Not only professional, they explain things in terms you can understand, make you feel at ease over what is happening. I would definitely recommend them.

I arrived at 2:55 PM for my 3 PM appointment. I am the only person in the waiting room at that time and approximately 5 to 10 minutes later two more patients appear in the waiting area. At 3:45 PM I’m still sitting an exam room waiting for this provider to appear. I am a dentist and would never let a patient sit for 45 minutes without personally addressing them as to why I cannot see them on time. This encounter was totally unacceptable to me so I departed without seeing this provider.
