We went with Coldwell banker when we bought our first house 20yrs ago so decided to use them again. Nathan appeared to be a go getter so we went with him. He did not disappoint us. He was easy and down to earth. He had great communication with us throughout the process and was always flexible and available to show us houses. Nathan is a GREAT realtor! He listed the house late Thursday afternoon and IMMEDIATELY showing appointments came in! We had 13 showings Thursday night thru Sunday. :) Multiple offers raised the asking price, and by Monday we accepted a wonderful offer! Pretty fast!
