They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Beraha has been my children's pediatrician since day 1 and he is absolutely wonderful in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. He is not alarming, but acts immediately when he has concern, without causing you to become overly anxious about your sick child. His first concern when you go in was if you had questions or concerns. He has a wonderful relationship with the children of all ages. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Was this pediatrician friendly? Absolutely Not! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Did this provider use excessive foul language? Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly.
