We had a fantastic experience working with Nate to purchase our first home. We were shopping in Portland while living in Seattle, and Nate was easy to get ahold of, flexible meeting us to tour when we were in town, and made the process less stressful as first-time buyers. He has lots of experience with Portland neighborhoods, and his background in structural engineering is unique and valuable. Definitely recommend working with Nate!

I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan as a realtor. He has gone above and beyond for us time and time again in both the sale of our home, and purchase of a new home. Not only is he an outstanding communicator, professional, honest, detailed and easy to work with he also has 20+ years as a structural engineer and is a vast wealth of knowledge. Nathan represented me buying a house a couple months ago. I would highly recommend him. I think he is better than most realtors at crunching numbers to assess fair market value. Also he has a structural engineering background so he will be much more informative than most about build quality and condition of a house, especially its foundation and basement.
