Nathan represented me buying a house a couple months ago. I would highly recommend him. I think he is better than most realtors at crunching numbers to assess fair market value. Also he has a structural engineering background so he will be much more informative than most about build quality and condition of a house, especially its foundation and basement. I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan as a realtor. He has gone above and beyond for us time and time again in both the sale of our home, and purchase of a new home. Not only is he an outstanding communicator, professional, honest, detailed and easy to work with he also has 20+ years as a structural engineer and is a vast wealth of knowledge. Looking at homes with him is an entirely unique experience as a result of this, and has made us feel so at ease with our purchase. If you are looking to sell or buy he is your guy!
First of all, Nathan found us a house that was a little out of our search parameters, but it ended up being amazingly perfect. Next, was selling our old house. He gave us good advice on how to prepare, and then jumped into action and went above and beyond what we expected.
